Immediately after 3 successful launches of textile markets, Shiv Ashish textile market was launched of 200 units and the same was out rightly sold to a single buyer, and the same textile market was known as Jay Mahavir Textile Market.
In the year 1996 Plague hit SURAT badly and the real estate market had a crush. Despite the adverse circumstances J D Point at Ghod dod Road, J D Point at Udhana Darwaja and Shiv Shakti Shopping Center at Ram Chowk, Ghod Dod Road were launched. All these project were successfully completed by 2001.
After these many projects we had earned the goodwill in the market. Investors, customers were satisfied with the returns which these projects had fetched them. In the year 2002 we started the Project Shiv Pooja Shopping Complex, having 40,000 sq. ft. construction area at Citylight the emerging posh area of SURAT.
In year 2003-2004, We launched the New T T Textile Market, The project sold out within no time and got completed in the year 2006. In the year 2005-2006 we launched a project of 139 Bungalows at Devka, Daman. Out of 139, the 85 were sold out right to a single party, Rest 54 were marketed by the company.
In the year 2007-2009, we were engaged at Navsari, Unn gam for a unique concept of Farm House with the project name Shiv Shakti Farm House. It was a plotting scheme of 1000 sq. yard plots in the land of 9 acres.
In the year 2009-2010 two projects were launched , One at Rander Road , Raina Arcade a prime location on the main Road, first 2 floors were sold out to a leading brand in consumer electronics Vijay Sales, the 2nd and 3rd floor is given on lease to EYE – Q a corporate in Health care in the year 2011.
The second Project was Mahavir Textile Market with 252 Units at Magob, Parvat Patia Opp. Tata Motors.
